Bob is an experienced director of development with over 20 years of experience with various technologies, including wind, solar, battery, hydro, biomass, and natural gas. He served as Vice President of AES and the Head of North America Wind. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Henry graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and served as a nuclear engineer onboard the USS Bainbridge (CGN 25) and USS Eisenhower (CVN 69). After leaving naval service, he earned his M.S. from MIT and served as the CEO of Globeleq, Vice President of AES Corporation, and Managing Director of Riverstone.

Rick served 40 years in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Captain. He worked as Director of Military Sealift Command, providing the Department of Defense with worldwide logistical support. He was the Commanding Officer of the Navy Support Facility, Redzikowo, Poland, where he was the U.S. Representative, coordinating with
Rick served 40 years in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Captain. He worked as Director of Military Sealift Command, providing the Department of Defense with worldwide logistical support. He was the Commanding Officer of the Navy Support Facility, Redzikowo, Poland, where he was the U.S. Representative, coordinating with the Department of State, the Polish Minister of Defense, and the U.S. DoD Missile Defense Agency. Rick started his Naval career enlisting as a Fireman and worked his way up to Chief Engineer of major combat ships, including aircraft carriers USS Indepenence (CV 62) and USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63).. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Excelsior University and is a native of Nebraska.

Paul has extensive technical and senior corporate management experience. He graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He worked for Exxon Mobile early in his career and eventually became Vice President of The AES Corporation and Principal Engineer for Power Generation.
